3. High-Pressure Roof Cleaning and Anti-Fungal Treatment

We remove built-up dirt, moss and lichen using high-pressure water cleaning. A PrepTreat sterilising solution is applied to prevent future regrowth.

4. Rebedding and Repointing

Ridge and valley tiles are re-bedded as needed. Then, we repoint the roof using FlexiPoint, a flexible compound that resists cracking and movement.

5. Gutter and Downpipe Cleaning

Internal and external gutters and downpipes are thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper water flow and drainage.

6. Flashing and Valley Repairs 

Flashings and valleys are inspected and repaired as needed. Rusted areas are treated with converter and primer before applying matching roof paint. 

7. Site Clean-Up 

Any mess created during the process is cleaned up, keeping your property tidy throughout the job. 

8. Primer and Sealer Application 

A high-grade sealer is applied to concrete tiles to close porous surfaces and ensure strong bonding with the topcoat membrane. 

9. Two-Coat Roof Membrane System 

We spray two coats of premium, UV-resistant waterproof membrane — four times thicker than standard paint — to protect your roof against harsh Australian conditions. 

10. Rubbish Removal and Final Clean-Up 

We remove all leftover debris, broken tiles and materials, leaving your roof and property clean, safe and ready to enjoy.
